HSF advises Adairs in its acquisition of Focus on Furniture for AU $ 80 million
Adairs is a leading omnichannel home furnishings retailer with a strong track record in profitability. Its acquisition of Focus on Furniture will allow Adairs to expand its product offering and exposure in the furniture and bedding retail sector.
